How long does shipping take?

Where do ANcrave orders ship from?
ANcrave is based in Ireland, while products are fulfilled through trusted production partners in the USA, Vietnam, China, and the European Union depending on product type and delivery location.
Orders may ship from different regions to improve delivery efficiency and production quality.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. ANcrave ships internationally to many countries worldwide.
Shipping rates and available delivery options are shown during checkout based on your location.
Are customs or import taxes included?
Customs duties, import taxes, or local charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
When will I receive tracking information?
Once your order ships, tracking information is automatically sent to your email.
Tracking updates usually become active within 24 to 72 hours after shipment.
Why is my tracking not updating?
Tracking delays can happen while carriers scan and process packages through transit hubs.
International shipments may occasionally take longer to update depending on customs and local carriers.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order has not entered production or shipment yet, we may still be able to update your shipping address.
Contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number.
What happens if I entered the wrong address?
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address during checkout.
If an order is returned or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping charges may apply.
What if my package says delivered but I did not receive it?
First check around your mailbox, reception, neighbors, building reception, or local carrier office.
Some carriers mark packages as delivered shortly before final delivery.
What if my order is delayed or lost?
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, contact our support team with your order number and tracking information.

What is your return policy?
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Do you offer replacements?
Yes. For damaged items, manufacturing defects, or sizing issues, we usually offer a replacement or store credit as the fastest resolution.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can usually be cancelled within 24 hours if production has not started.
Once production begins, cancellations may no longer be possible because items are made to order.
How do I choose the correct size?
Please review the size chart available on each product page before ordering.
If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
Why might products look slightly different in person?
Minor variations in color, texture, stitching, or print placement can occur due to screen settings and production methods.
These variations are normal and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Are ANcrave products made to order?
Many ANcrave products are produced after an order is placed instead of being mass-stocked in warehouses.
This allows us to reduce waste while offering more unique designs and styles.
Do product colors always match the photos?
We do our best to display product colors accurately, but colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting, and production method.
