Order Issues

Contact us within 30 days for damaged, incorrect, defective, or major sizing issues.

Fast Resolution

Most eligible issues are resolved with a replacement or store credit.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours if production has not started.

If there is a problem with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  • Wrong item received
  • Damaged during shipping
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Major sizing issue
Include your order number, a short explanation, and clear photos if applicable.

Returns & Refunds

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items discounted 40% or more
  • Worn, washed, or altered items

Order Cancellations

Because many ANcrave items are made to order, production may begin shortly after purchase.

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours if production has not started
  • Orders already in production cannot be cancelled
  • Shipped orders cannot be cancelled

Product Variations

Minor variations in color, stitching, print placement, sizing tolerance, and texture may occur due to production methods and display differences.

These small differences are normal and are not considered defects.
