Every ancrave.com purchase is made to order. We certainly hope you love your item(s), but on the off chance you are experiencing any issues, we're here to help!
For a quick resolution, if you received damaged or defective item(s), please submit photos to our Customer Support team HERE before starting a return.
Return Policy
- Items MUST be in unused/unworn condition.
- Return requests must be submitted within 60 days of the delivery date.
- Shipping & Handling fees paid on the original purchase are non-refundable.
- Face masks and eGift Cards are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns.
- Bulk item orders (5+ items) are not eligible for return.
- once item(s) shipped, order can not be cancelled.
- Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours.
- We will either send you a replacement or offer a refund for the damaged item depending on the stock situation of the affected item. You may be required to send the defective item back to us.
